The Best Email List Rental Companies Best email list rental companies have to offer a wide range of solutions to businesses looking to grow their business. In this article I will discuss three different rental options with three different expiration dates. This should provide you with an opportunity to see which companies are most suitable for your needs.    The first option is to rent for one year. This will allow you to test the waters and see if your company has the potential to be successful. If it does then you can renew the lease. If not you can buy the email lists. This option can also be used if you already have an established business. For this to work, you will either need to have a large number of people used to subscribe to your list or you will need to have a method in place in which subscribers can renew their subscriptions without your knowledge.    The second option is to rent for six months. This allows you to test the effectiveness of your advertising and see whether it works. You do however have to provide the mailing list with new addresses each month. A popular method of doing this is by providing members with an 'easy-to-resend' email notification that collects their email address when it is time to renew their subscription. You may also choose to send out separate emails to remind members to renew their membership.    The third option is to rent for twelve months. This is considered to be a longer term commitment because twelve months may seem like a long time. The reason that people used to lease for twelve months is so that you can run a trial of the product for a short period of time. If it proves popular you can extend your lease.    Let us look at how each of these three options work. For those people used to using a newsletter as their main source of email list rental you will be happy to know that when the lease runs out you will only be charged the one-time renewal charge. When that lease expires, you will no longer have to pay anything. For those of you on a constant basis you may want to look into getting an annual plan instead of a monthly plan so that you do not have to worry about expiration dates.    For people used to having a printed newsletter you will be pleased to know that you will not have to worry about expiration dates because the lease does not have any such restrictions. The only time that you will have to worry about keeping the business going is if you do not renew the subscription. When that date comes you will have to renew the membership. This usually happens automatically. For twelve months you can count on getting six new subscribers every month. After the 12 month period expires you will have to get rid of the six people and you will only have six email addresses.    For people used to having to manage multiple mailing lists and then maintain separate mailing lists for each product they sell, you may be in for a big surprise when the lease runs out. The lease will state clearly that the rental charges are for one year. Once that lease expires you will then have to change your marketing strategy and you will have to allocate funds for another six months. That will leave you with one email list that has expired and another six email lists. Imagine the time and money that you will spend attempting to get people to sign up again!    The best email list rental companies will have something called an extended auto-renewal plan. This means that after the lease expires you will then have the ability to renew for another year at no extra cost. Most companies that offer this type of plan will have something called a lifetime auto-renewal plan so that you do not have to worry about expiration dates. This will leave you with a continuous income stream that will continue to pay for itself for as long as you need it.
